4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for all eligible orders to the USA, UK, and Australia.
5. Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Please note that we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options at this time. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international warehouses to your doorstep.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
7. Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that your country may charge. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined solely by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Luna Flux is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a delivery confirmation has been provided by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
